BITTECH GLOBAL MEMBER SERVICE TERMS
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms define the conditions for using member management, NFT purchase requests, reward and bonus information, referral and binary organizations, withdrawals, and related online services provided by BITTECH GLOBAL (the “Company”), and the rights and obligations of the Company and members.
Article 2 Member Accounts
1. Members must use accurate personal information.
2. Members are responsible for their user ID, password, Google OTP, and digital wallet.
3. Account transfer, lending, identity misuse, and use of another person’s account are prohibited.
Article 3 NFT Purchase and Payment
1. An NFT purchase becomes effective when the Company confirms payment and gives final approval.
2. Members must verify the purchase amount, transfer network, and Company deposit address.
3. Once NFT issuance, ownership assignment, or digital service delivery has begun, cancellation, return, or refund for a simple change of mind may be restricted. Statutory refund grounds and Company fault are exceptions.
Article 4 Rewards and Settlement
1. Referral bonuses, rewards, referral matching, purchase matching, rank bonuses, and center fees are calculated according to member eligibility, approved purchase amount, organizational performance, Company policy, and the integrated 300% limit.
2. Conditions and schedules may change due to market conditions, system policy, law, or operational needs.
3. NFT and virtual-asset values and rewards may fluctuate. Principal and profit are not guaranteed.
Article 5 Withdrawals
1. Withdrawals are processed according to the registered wallet, KYC status, Google OTP, minimum amount, fees, and the Company schedule.
2. Members are responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address or network.
Article 6 Prohibited Conduct
False information, abuse of multiple accounts, use of another person’s identity, fraudulent referrals, genealogy manipulation, abnormal transactions, system intrusion, fraudulent bonus acquisition, and violations of law are prohibited.
Article 7 Restrictions
The Company may restrict accounts, purchases, rewards, or withdrawals while checking a Terms violation, suspicious transaction, security risk, or legal requirement.
Article 8 Service Changes and Suspension
The Company may change or temporarily suspend all or part of the service due to maintenance, failure, network problems, disaster, partners, or blockchain-network conditions.
Article 9 Limitation of Liability
Unless caused by the Company’s intent or gross negligence, the Company is not responsible for losses caused by poor management of passwords, OTP, or wallets, an incorrect network transfer, market-price changes, or an external blockchain failure.
Article 10 Amendments
The Company may revise these Terms to reflect law or service changes and will announce revised Terms through the service. Members may continue after agreeing to the revised Terms.
Article 11 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution of any dispute.

BITTECH GLOBAL PRIVACY POLICY
1. Purpose
The Company processes personal information for registration and account management, identity and KYC management, NFT purchase and payment confirmation, rewards, genealogy and center-fee operation, withdrawals, customer support, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations.
2. Information Processed
The Company may process user ID, name, email, phone, country, password hash, wallet address and network, KYC status, Google OTP status, referrer and binary placement, NFT purchase, payment, TXID and approval information, bonuses, points, withdrawals, center-fee applications and documents, and Terms and Privacy consent records.
3. Retention
Information is retained while the service is used and deleted without delay after withdrawal or completion of purpose, except where law, disputes, settlement, or fraud checks require separate retention.
4. Third-Party Provision
The Company does not provide personal information to third parties in principle, except with prior consent, under law, or upon a lawful request from an authorized authority.
5. Outsourcing
The Company may outsource hosting, email or messaging, identity verification, security, payment, or customer support. New or changed outsourcing will be announced in this Policy or through the service.
6. Member Rights
Members may request access, correction, deletion, suspension, or withdrawal of consent. Rights may be limited by law or to protect others.
7. Destruction
Information is securely deleted when retention ends or purpose is completed. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
8. Security Measures
The Company applies access control, password encryption, Google OTP, access and processing logs, security checks, and backups.
9. Cookies and Access Information
Sessions or cookies may maintain login, security, and convenience. Browser settings may restrict cookies, but some functions may be unavailable.
10. Privacy Inquiries
Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or suspension may be submitted through the administrator or customer-support channel.
11. Changes
The Company may revise this Policy for legal or service changes. Material changes will be announced and renewed consent may be requested.
When you register, the consent time, document hashes, referral code, and placement information are saved as an electronic record.
